How long will my meat last for in the fridge?
Your meat is packed fresh on a daily basis and can last up to 1 - 2 days* in the refrigerator once delivered. However, we recommend freezing the meat products that you are not going to consume within the first two days to ensure they are fresh and safe to eat beyond the 2 - 3 day timeframe.
Our Dry Aged products can be Cryovaced to ensure your meats last for up to 4 weeks in the refrigerator. Please contact our Carrara store on (07) 5579 9999 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more.
Are your products free-range and or hormone free?
Yes! The majority of our produce is free-range and grass fed and ALL of our meats are hormone free!
What products do you offer?
We have one of the largest range of premium dry aged meats in the country. We offer the very best quality steaks (our most popular being our Wagyu range), gourmet sausages, beef, chicken, lamb, and pork that we source from a number of local suppliers. We even have an awesome range of ready to cook items available for purchase too.

How much are your products?
Each product has a set price attached to its product listing. All prices on our Site are stated in Australian Dollars, are inclusive of GST and do not include delivery.
How does the online ordering system work?
Our online ordering system is super easy and you can order your meat at any time you like. Simply follow the steps below;
- Click on the “SHOP” category to see all products
- Choose your items, select quantities and click “ADD TO CART” *All orders must reach our minimum order value of $50.00 for all home deliveries. We do not have a minimum order value for any orders that are due for collection in store.
- When you’ve finished selecting your products, click to view your cart and ensure you are happy with the contents and quantities and scroll to the bottom of your cart to enter in your full address and select a delivery time. Once complete click on the “CHECKOUT” button.
- Fill in all your contact details and select whether you would like to have your order delivered or picked up from our Carrara store.
- Enter your payment details through our secure checkout. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Amex cards. *Please note there may be an additional surcharge for all Amex card purchases.
- Confirm your order.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
Can I place an order to pick up in your store?
Yes you absolutely can! And the best part is we do not have a minimum order value on any online purchases that require pick up in store. You can order as little or as much as you like!
Can I make changes to my order after I have paid for it?
Given the nature of our products, once we have processed an order, we do not provide refunds or exchanges in the event of a change of mind regarding the purchase.
I placed an order with the wrong address, can I update this?
We need as much notice as possible for any updates to your order as processing commences shortly after your order is received. You have until 7am the day of your delivery to get in contact with our store to update your address. Please contact our Carrara store via phone (07) 5579 9999 AND email firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP to provide an updated address.
If we cannot deliver to the updated address within the original time window selected, we will deliver your order at the next available delivery time.
Failure to provide an updated address will result in your order being delivered to the original address provided to us. We will not be responsible for the goods once they have been delivered. We will not provide a refund, credit or replacement for the goods within that order.
I made a mistake and I need to cancel my order
We will accommodate order cancellations provided we are notified of the cancellation before your order has been processed. You have until 7am the day of your delivery to call our Carrara store to cancel your order. As we incur costs at the time of processing the order we reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee or to refuse a cancellation request if made subsequent to processing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Amex cards. *Please note there may be an additional surcharge for all Amex card purchases.
What if my payment is declined?
You will not be able to proceed with placing an order if your payment declines. Please ensure you have the correct card details when entering in your payment details in the checkout.
Where does Steak Kings deliver to?
We are currently only servicing home deliveries within a 35km radius of our Carrara store. If you do not fall within our delivery zones we are unfortunately unable to deliver to you.
You are more than welcome to place an order for pick up in store however we are looking to expand our delivery zones and will update our social media and website homepage as we open up new home delivery areas.

How much do you charge for delivery?
We always offer FREE next day home delivery on all orders placed before 4pm each day. Our minimum order value is $50.00. This offer is subject to change at the discretion of the business.
When do I need to get my order in to receive next day delivery?
ALL orders must be placed before 4pm each day to receive next day delivery. Any order placed past our 4pm cut off will receive delivery on the next available delivery day OR you may select a specific day in our delivery calendar to receive your delivery.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver Monday - Saturday every week. We do not deliver on public holidays.
Do you have specific delivery times?
At this stage we are only offering two delivery windows;
Window 1: 8am - 12pm
Window 2: 12pm - 4pm
We do not offer specific delivery times. You will be notified by phone 30 minutes prior to your delivery arriving. On some occasions we may deliver your order outside of the delivery windows listed above. We will do our very best to contact you in advance and notify you of any delays in delivering your order.
How long will my products last before I need to put them in the refrigerator?
Your products will last up to 2hours* in normal outdoor conditions (outdoor temperature around 25degrees). We strongly recommend you select a delivery window that allows you to be present when your order is delivered. Alternatively we encourage you to select a delivery address, either a business address or other, where someone is available to receive the delivery and put your order into the refrigerator immediately.
What will my products be delivered in?
All of our orders are transported in refrigerated vehicles that are compliant with all food safety transportation measures. This ensures the goods are delivered to you meeting national food safety standards. Your order will be delivered in a styrofoam box with sufficient ice packs to keep your meat cold for up to 2hrs once delivered*. Please note this is a TEMPORARY cold-store solution and we strongly recommend that you be present to receive your delivery and ensure that it is placed in the refrigerator or freezer within 2hrs once delivered.
Can you recycle the styrofoam delivery box?
You absolutely can, in fact we encourage you to do so! If you wish to recycle your styro box, please leave it out for collection on your next scheduled home delivery. We will happily recycle and reuse all styro boxes that are presented in a clean and useable condition.
When can I collect my order placed for store pickup?
All online orders must be collected before 5pm on the specific order day that has been selected within the checkout process. Please check our store hours if you are unable to collect your order by that time.
There was a problem with my order but I only realised after the Driver left?
If you find there is an issue with your order once you have received it, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via phone (07) 5579 9999 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
My delivery did not arrive, what do I do?
We ask that you please contact our Carrara store on (07) 5579 9999 immediately (or within 24hours) if you cannot locate your delivery. We endeavour to follow delivery instructions and will provide you with a proof of delivery, however if we have any issues with delivering your order to the correct place we will contact you to let you know.
In the event that we cannot find a safe place to leave your delivery, we will contact you to let you know that your order will be taken back to the closest store for you to collect during business hours.
If your delivery has been stolen we will not provide a refund or replacement for the loss or damage to your order.
What is your returns policy?
At Steak Kings, we are proud to supply you with the highest quality of produce possible. In the event that you have received a product you are unhappy with due to quality or an error, please contact our Carrara store on (07) 5579 9999 immediately.
We will discuss the matter with you personally to determine the issue as we treat each scenario individually. If we are responsible for the error, we will endeavour to replace the goods in question as soon as possible.
